This command sets output values when a valid card is read (currently only works with cmd vehiclepwrmgmt 3.) Use with cmd swipe valoutmask.

d = 0 to 63

Sum of outputs to set to ON (equivalent to cmd dout X 1), see table below (Default 0)

Set outputs 2 and 4 to ON when a valid card is swiped :
