Set the SNMP v3 user access

n = 0RO (default)
n = 1RW
n = otherinvalid

Examples:

  1. Set the v3 user access to RW:
    cmd snmp v3access 1
  1. Set the v3 user access to RO:
    cmd snmp v3access 0
