Set voltage thresholds for pulse counting using voltages. This is the default pulse counting method.

n = 1 to 8	Input to configure
l = 0 to 10000	Minimum mV to consider 'low' has been reached (Default 2000)
h = 0 to 10000	Minimum mV to consider 'high' has been reacvhed (Default 3000)

Examples:

Set pulse counting for INPUT 5 when voltage toggles between 1 and 8 V :
cmd pulse input 5 1000 8000
