pcyp msg add msgid key

PCYP msg add command
This command adds a key to a message specified by the message ID.

Examples:

1. Add the rad_imei key to msgid 1000:
   cmd pcyp msg add 1000 rad_imei
2. Add the net_band key to msgid 1999:
   cmd pcyp msg add 1999 net_band
