pcyp key add key value type

PCYP key add command
This command creates or modifies a pcyp key. A key can be created without a value or type. Please see the PCYP message specification for more information on creating keys.

Examples:

1. Add a key for the IMEI:
   cmd pcyp key add rad_imei CELL_IMEI string
2. Add a key for the network band:
   cmd pcyp key add net_band CELL_BAND int
