event minoffline n

Sets the minimum time interval (seconds) before reporting a CELL_ONLINE event. By increasing the time for this command, CELL_ONLINE events will only be generated by continuous connectivity.

Examples:

1. Define a minimum time of 300 (5 minutes) before a CELL_ONLINE event is generated :
   cmd event minoffline 300
