Configure the wireless cellular data device used by the CTM.

Notes:

• Default = NONE

Examples:

1. Configure the CTM to use the AC306 wireless data device :
   cmd device cell AC306

2. Configure the CTM to use the F5521E wireless data device :
   cmd device cell F5521E
