cportal domains list

Set the domains (dynamic whitelist)

Notes:

1. Addresses can be IP addresses or domain names
2. Whitelists are space delimited
3. For multiple addresses, double quotes are needed around the list as a whole
4. Domains list can take wildcards

Examples:

1. Whitelist Cypress domains "*cypress.bc.ca":
   cmd cportal domains *.cypress.bc.ca

2. Whitelist Cypress domains and Google domains "*.cypress.bc.ca" and "*.google.com":
   cmd cportal domains "*.cypress.bc.ca *.google.com"
