Set the minimum GPS correlation coefficient required to consider GPS as valid when compared with accelerometer and OBD speed based acceleration. Only applicable to cmd accel sensor 2.

Examples:

1. Set the GPS vs accelerometer correlation coefficient to 0.7 :
   cmd accel gpscoef 7
