Message Type 93, ULCP binary format, Custom Message: (Pendant ID + SEQ NO + PANIC)
Header: 0x5D 0xSS 0x06 0x00 0x00 0xNN 0x0000
Where 0xNN is message length - dependent on the payload length.
If cmd panicreptype 1 is configured, then the following binary message will be generated instead of the ascii NMEA $PPEN one.

5 or 6 bytes | ASCII - "PANIC"/"MPANIC"/"FPANIC" |
Note: ULCP binary messages should not be used for local serial report mode 1 and 2 in applications where timed message delivery is critical.
